These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings of the Best of Europe in 14 Days tour (Rome to Paris) offered by Destination Dream Maker. By making a deposit you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Bookings

To reserve, we need the traveler details listed on our website for every traveler and a deposit of $1,900 per person. We cannot hold a space without both. Names must match each traveler's passport exactly.

Prices and what's included

Tour prices are per person and depend on room type (double, triple or single). They include international flights and airline taxes, group transportation, 14 nights' accommodation, the meals listed in the meal plan, and the sightseeing listed in the itinerary. Your tour price is guaranteed and locked in when you make your deposit. Items not listed as included, such as optional activities, meals not included, personal expenses and tips, are your responsibility.

Payments

The final payment is due no later than 30 days before departure. We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. American Express is not accepted. If the final payment is not received on time, we may cancel the reservation under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Discounts

Available discounts are shown on our website. Discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount, the highest one you qualify for, applies per traveler.

Travel documents

Each traveler is responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates and any documents required for entry. We are not responsible if a traveler is denied boarding or entry because of missing or invalid documents.

Physical demands

This tour is physically active. Travelers should be able to walk and stand for up to three hours, in all weather, and carry or roll their luggage over uneven pavement and up stairways. Please tell us about any medical condition or special need before booking.

Changes to the itinerary and hotels

Hotels are listed as planned accommodations. Unforeseen circumstances may require changes, in which case hotels of a similar category and location will be provided. Sightseeing may be adjusted for reasons beyond our control, such as weather, closures or strikes.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance. Our optional Assistance & Cancellation insurance must be purchased with your first payment. Coverage is provided by the insurer under its own policy terms.

Responsibility

We arrange services provided by independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels and transportation companies. We act as an organizer and agent for these suppliers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays or cancellations, or for events beyond our control such as weather, strikes, illness, natural disasters or government actions. Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.
